Shipping Info

Lead times

• Standard bulk orders: 2–4 weeks after order confirmation.
• Custom OEM/ODM projects: 6–10 weeks, depending on tooling and approval cycles.
• Samples: 5–7 working days for standard products; 2–3 weeks for customised configurations.

Packaging

Systems, speakers and charging docks are packed in export-grade cartons with foam inserts and corner protection. Microphones are packed individually with their lanyard and charging cable, then consolidated with the main unit. Custom packaging, branded boxes and palletisation for sea freight are available on request.

Batteries & air freight

Infrared microphones contain lithium batteries, so air shipments require the appropriate transport documentation. We provide UN38.3 test summaries, MSDS and battery declarations as needed, and pack according to the applicable air-freight rules. Tell us at quotation stage whether the order will ship by air or sea so the documentation and packing method are prepared correctly.

Incoterms & freight

We regularly quote EXW, FOB (Guangzhou/Shenzhen/Ningbo), CIF, DDP and DAP. Sea, air and express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) shipping are all available. Tracking details are provided immediately after dispatch.

Freight support

For project cargo we assist with consolidation, customs documentation (commercial invoice, packing list and certificates) and carton branding. For multi-site school rollouts, we can pack by room or by campus to simplify installation.

Return Policy

Defective goods

If you receive a defective unit, contact us within 30 days of receipt with the order number, model, serial number and photos or a short video of the issue. We respond within 24 hours with a diagnosis and replacement plan. Replacements or replacement parts ship free for confirmed manufacturing defects, with remote technical guidance for installation-related issues.

RMA process

• Report the issue (order no., model, serial number, description, photos/video).
• Our engineering team confirms the fault and issues an RMA number.
• Replacement units ship with the next production run, or parts are sent by express courier.
• For confirmed batch-level quality events, we absorb all costs including return freight.

Functioning goods

Unsold stock returns are accepted within 30 days if unopened and in original packaging, subject to written agreement and return freight paid by the buyer. Customised or private-label products are non-returnable unless defective.

Warranty

Classroom audio products carry a standard 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, with extended coverage available on project orders. Wear items such as batteries and lanyards are covered for their normal service life. See FAQ — OEM / ODM & Customisation for details.
