Quality Control
The four-stage QC system behind every classroom audio system we ship — from incoming components to 100% acoustic testing.
Our Quality System
Classroom audio has to work every day, for years, in rooms where nobody is available to troubleshoot it. Our quality system is built around that reality: verified components, controlled assembly, a full burn-in before packing and acoustic testing on every production batch. We would rather hold a unit back in Guangzhou than have a teacher discover the fault in front of a class.
1. Incoming Material Inspection (IQC)
Infrared diodes, amplifier and DSP components, microphone capsules, speaker drivers, battery cells and housings are checked against approved specifications. Battery cells are verified for capacity and protection-circuit function, and incoming batches are recorded for traceability so a fault can be traced back to its lot.
2. In-Process Controls (IPQC)
SMT lines use AOI and sample X-ray inspection for solder quality. During assembly, technicians check microphone capsule matching, connector torque, speaker polarity, firmware version and infrared channel calibration. Units that fail a station are held out rather than pushed downstream.
3. 24-Hour Burn-In & Battery Verification
Every soundfield unit and amplifier is run at rated output for 24 hours before packing. Microphones are charged and discharged to confirm runtime and charging behaviour, and the infrared link is monitored for dropouts. This catches early-life failures that would otherwise appear in a classroom after installation.
4. Final Inspection (OQC) & AQL
Finished goods are inspected on an AQL sampling basis covering output power, distortion, frequency response, feedback-suppression behaviour, channel switching, battery indicators and accessories. Packaging, labels and carton marks are checked against the order. Batch test records are available on request.
What the Numbers Mean
- 24 hours — minimum burn-in per soundfield unit before packing.
- 100% — acoustic and function test on every unit, not only a sample.
- 8 hours — typical microphone runtime verified during battery testing.
- AQL 0 / 1.5 / 4.0 — critical, major and minor defect sampling at final inspection.
- Full traceability — component lots and test records tied to each production batch.
Documentation & Traceability
Batch test reports, burn-in records, battery test logs and certificates (CE, RoHS, FCC) are available on request before shipment. Cartons carry batch codes that link back to production and component records. For OEM/ODM projects, we can agree on a custom inspection standard and include your own inspection form in the final check.
