OEM / ODM Classroom Audio
From system specification and tooling to certification and production — Seekika Audio manages your brand’s classroom audio range.
Your Brand, Our Audio Engineering
Seekika Audio is an OEM/ODM supplier for classroom audio. We run the programme end to end — market and system definition, supplier selection, tooling and certification coordination, quality control and export packing — with production carried out by our manufacturing partners. Whether you need a branded version of an existing soundfield system or a new product built around a specific room type, we specify it, manage the development and hold the quality so you can scale a catalogue without building a production line.
How OEM/ODM Works
1. Market & Project Brief
We define the target market, room types, certifications, channel and price positioning together with your team, drawing on more than fifteen years of classroom audio experience across Europe, North America and Asia.
2. System & Acoustic Specification
Microphone format, infrared channel plan, amplifier power, speaker configuration and coverage are specified against the rooms you sell into — not copied from a generic catalogue. We write the specification; our engineering partners validate it against measured performance.
3. Housing & Mechanical Requirements
Housing form, mounting brackets, charging dock, lanyard and finish are specified for daily school use, with service access and battery replacement considered from the start. Mechanical design and tooling are handled by our manufacturing partners against that brief.
4. Prototyping & Validation
Functional prototypes from our partners are measured for output, distortion and feedback margin, then tested for charging cycles, drop resistance and long-run stability before tooling is committed. We review the results with you before the next stage is released.
5. Tooling & Certification
Injection molds, speaker enclosures and metal parts are produced by our manufacturing partners and their vetted toolmakers. We prepare the documentation for CE, RoHS and FCC qualification and coordinate the test programme with the laboratory.
6. Production & Aging
SMT assembly, functional test, battery charge/discharge verification and a 24-hour burn-in run on our partner line, followed by AQL final inspection and export packing that we specify and sign off.

OEM / ODM FAQ
What can be customised in an OEM/ODM project?
Housing colour and finish, logo and silkscreen, microphone channels, kit configuration, speaker colour, cable lengths, charging dock layout, manual, packaging and carton marking. For larger programmes we can arrange development of a new housing, speaker configuration or dock around your requirements.
What is the MOQ for OEM or ODM orders?
MOQ depends on the level of customisation. Logo and packaging changes on standard models typically start at 100–300 units per SKU. New tooling or a fully custom housing requires higher volumes. Send us the target model, customisation scope and annual volume for a specific answer.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We supply evaluation samples with a recommended configuration and commissioning checklist. Standard samples usually ship in 5–7 working days; customised samples take longer depending on the change. For school pilots we can supply one or two rooms first.
How long does tooling take?
Typical new molds run 3–5 weeks after design approval, followed by first-article samples for fit, finish and acoustic verification. A complete custom system programme — including electronics, housing, dock and certification — usually takes 10–16 weeks.
Can you develop a product that is not in your catalogue?
Yes, within the scope of classroom and presentation audio. We are experienced in infrared wireless systems, amplifiers, speakers, charging accessories and wired microphone products. Bring us the use case, target price and volume; we will tell you honestly whether we can build it and what the development path looks like.
Do you support private label and neutral packaging?
Yes. We can supply neutral cartons and manuals, or full private-label packaging with your logo, barcodes and market-specific languages. Packaging artwork is proofed before production, and we keep the files on record for repeat orders.
