1. Who We Are

2. What We Collect

• Business contact details — name, company name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country and project details you submit through our inquiry, contact or quotation forms.
• Technical data — a randomly generated visitor ID (a non-personally-identifiable cookie) and aggregated page-view analytics used to understand which products and pages buyers are interested in.
• Correspondence — copies of emails and messages exchanged with our sales or engineering team.

We do not collect payment card or financial account details through this website; transactions are handled on separate invoicing and B2B payment channels by mutual agreement.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Respond to inquiries and provide quotations, system recommendations and technical documentation;
• Process orders, samples and after-sales service requests;
• Improve website content and product development based on aggregated, anonymized usage;
• Send product updates or technical content you explicitly requested (never unsolicited bulk marketing; opt out at any time).

4. Legal Basis & Retention

We process business data on the legitimate interest of responding to your B2B inquiry or the performance of an agreement with your company. Inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months unless an order relationship is established; order records are retained as required by PRC commercial and customs law.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate this site (hosting, email and analytics processors engaged under their respective privacy commitments) and with export or forwarding partners when required to deliver ordered goods. Data may be processed in China, Singapore and the EU depending on the processor; we apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

This site measures traffic with its own first-party visitor statistics. A single anonymous visitor ID cookie is set so that repeat visits are not double-counted, and page requests are recorded on our own servers together with the request User-Agent, which lets us separate human visits from search-engine and AI crawlers. The measurements are aggregated into internal traffic reports; we do not use third-party advertising cookies and we do not sell audience data.
