Certifications & Compliance
What we test, what we document, and what we can supply for your market — confirmed against the exact model and power supply you order.
Compliance by Market
Certification is model-specific, not brand-wide. A powered classroom system, a battery-powered microphone and a passive speaker each fall under different test requirements. We confirm the applicable set when you request a quotation and include it in the order documentation.
- European Union — CE marking supported by LVD and EMC test reports, plus a RoHS declaration for the product and accessories.
- United States — FCC verification for models with digital electronics; safety documentation matched to the supplied power adapter.
- United Kingdom — UKCA documentation can be prepared alongside CE where the destination is specified.
- Australia / New Zealand — RCM documentation supported for applicable electrical products on request.
- Battery transport — UN38.3 test summary, MSDS and battery declaration for lithium-battery microphones.
Markets outside this list can usually be supported through third-party testing. Tell us the destination at the start of the project so certification is planned with the product, not after it.
What We Test
- Electrical safety of mains-powered systems, amplifiers and charging docks.
- EMC emissions and immunity for products with digital or switching electronics.
- Audio performance — output power, distortion, frequency response and channel separation.
- Battery charging, discharge and protection behaviour.
- Infrared link stability and channel isolation between neighbouring systems.
- Packaging drop and transport checks before export packing.
Documentation We Provide
- Declaration of Conformity for the shipped model and power supply.
- CE and RoHS test reports or declarations, depending on the product.
- FCC documentation for applicable models.
- UN38.3 and MSDS for lithium-battery microphones.
- English user manual, datasheet and installation guide.
- Batch test records and aging records for the order, on request.
For OEM/ODM orders, manuals and labels can be localised for your market, with your brand, model numbers and importer details. We proof the artwork with you before production.
Certifications & Compliance FAQ
Which certifications do your classroom audio products carry?
Our export products are built and tested to support CE (including LVD and EMC) and RoHS for the European market, and FCC for the United States where the product includes digital electronics. The exact certificate set depends on the model and the power supply supplied with the kit, so we confirm it in the quotation for your destination.
Can you supply certificates in our company name?
For OEM/ODM orders we can arrange certification in the customer’s brand name where the applicable scheme allows it. This is normally discussed at the development stage, because it affects the product labelling, manuals and test samples. Certificates already issued to another customer cannot be transferred or shared.
Do you provide UN38.3 and MSDS for the batteries?
Yes. Infrared microphones contain lithium batteries, and we provide UN38.3 test summaries, MSDS and battery declarations for air freight on request. These are prepared for the specific battery used in the order, so ask for them at quotation stage rather than after booking freight.
Why don’t you publish certificate scans on the website?
Certificates contain manufacturer details, model lists and sometimes customer-specific information. Publishing them openly can breach customer confidentiality and quickly becomes out of date as models are revised. We send the current declaration pack for your exact model and destination with the quotation or before shipment.
Need a compliance pack for your project?
Send us the model list and destination market — we will confirm the applicable certificates and the documents we can release.
